This two-year project financed by EU is based on cooperation of our school and DSZC Vegyipari Szakgymnáziuma Debrecen. The project is focused on short-term mobilities of students. 5 English speaking students from Hungary cooperate with 5 English speaking students of our school; 5 German speaking students from Hungary cooperate with 5 German speaking students of our school. Students work in international pairs in laboratories (doing e.g. milk analysis, meat analysis or water analysis etc.). In each term, there is one mobility. Students are also doing various E-twinning activities. The results (lab sheets, presentations or lab instructions etc.) will be presented on-line on school web pages. Our school, SPŠ chemická Brno, is project coordinator.

ChemTube is a three-year project, in which 10 different organizations participate (our school SPŠ chemická Brno, Kristiansund Videregående Skole from Norway, Sachsische Bildungsgesellschaft für Umweltschutz und Chemieberufe Dresden from Germany, Instituto Tecnico Superiore per le nuove tecnologie della vita from Italy, AVO Institute from Germany, companies and agencies – NTI-MMM AS from Norway, KALIBAO Solutions Internet from France, EUROMASC from Norway, WIAB from Austria and ZCHFP from Slovakia). Teachers cooperating with companies will map the lacks in students´ experience in the field of lab work. According to the mapped lacks, teachers prepare some simple lab tasks. These tasks will be then performed by students and professionals; the procedure being filmed. Teachers then prepare short teaching lectures so that students can improve their lab skills. The videos, teaching methods, lectures will be presented on-line. Our school, SPŠ chemická Brno, is a partner organization in the project, NTI-MMM AS is the coordinator.

In the school year 2019/20, the project Načerpání nových odborných zkušeností za hranicemi will be realised. The project is financed by EU. 24 students of the 3rd grade will experience one month of professional education in companies In Milan and Wien. The project is in English, students will attend on-line language courses, there will be cultural programme, students will keep a diary of the professional experience and they will also get the Europass mobility certificate.
